Returns 

Returns are accepted on REGULAR SIZE CHOKERS ONLY. Personalized small sized chokers are not returnable or refundable unless there is an error on my end. If you receive an item that contains an error, please contact me immediately.

The return policy lasts 14 business days after your item is delivered. 

Please, contact me with your intention to return your jewelry and I'll send you a link to download and print the Return Label.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Size Adjustment

• I'm happy to offer fast & free size adjustments.
• Send me an email at hello@yatysboutique.com with the required measurements.
• Just ship your order back with sizing instructions and I'll take care of the rest.
• You are responsible for the shipping cost to get the items back to me.
• I cover the shipping cost of sending the item back. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
